Minecraft End User License Agreement
The username and password you created, as well as your account activities, are your responsibility. If someone uses your password to do something you don`t like or hurt, we can`t and aren`t responsible. If you would like to inform us that someone is violating your intellectual property at Minecraft Realms or any of our services, please send your notification here (www.microsoft.com/info/cpyrtInfrg.aspx). We reserve the right to take the content at our discretion. If so, we may terminate or block user accounts that are repeated offenders. The OpenSSL toolkit remains dual licensed, i.e. the terms of the OpenSSL license and the original SSLeay license apply to the toolbox. See below for actual license texts. This final user license agreement („EULA” or „Conditions”) is a legal agreement between you and us (Mojang AB).
The terms of this license contain certain rules for using the Minecraft Realms service. We don`t read license documents more than you do, so we`ve tried to keep it to a minimum. If you violate these rules, we can prevent you from using Minecraft Realms. If you use Minecraft Realms, you agree to abide by the rules of these conditions. If you don`t want or can`t approve these rules, don`t use Minecraft Realms. Please read, print and save a copy of these terms and conditions for your records, as a copy is not registered for you. If you violate these conditions or part of these conditions, we may terminate this license agreement and your use of Minecraft Realms. You can also finish it at any time – just stop using your Minecraft empire and stop giving another access to it. Once completed, you can no longer use Minecraft Realms or give another access to your Minecraft empire.
However, the „Minecraft Realms Property,” „Our Responsibility” and „General” sections continue to apply after termination. We can also change these conditions from time to time if we have reason to do so. For example, there may be changes in our games, practices or legal obligations, and these changes apply to your use of Minecraft Realms if you use it next year. We will notify you of the change before it is effective, either by posting a message on our website or by other reasonable means. We won`t be unfair about it – but sometimes the law changes, or someone does something that concerns other Minecraft Realms users, so we have to put a lid on it. Starting with version 1.7.10 of Minecraft, all server owners must accept the Mojang End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found under account.mojang.com/documents/minecraft_eula. From The 1.9.4 version of Minecraft, Mojang began blocking servers that do not comply with their LAM. Use to manage open source licenses by tl creators; drLegal As mentioned above, you need an Xbox Live account (for Minecraft) or a Mojang account (for Minecraft: Java Edition) and an activated licensed version of Minecraft. If you don`t have it, you`ll be asked to provide some information in order to set up and activate one or both. The information you give us as part of the registration must be accurate. You can change your registration data if it`s out of date.
If you deliberately tell us something you know is not true, we can terminate or block your account. If you use Minecraft Realms, you can also access content created by other people („Other Content”).
