The ASL version of the software allows you to run applications created with Application Builder. ASL allows you to host and run these applications for students, faculty, and staff at your educational institution or other educational institution around the world. By downloading, installing and/or using the Software, you acknowledge that you understand and comply with these restrictions. COMSOL licenses purchased at a discounted educational price are subject to separate license terms and other restrictions, which are explained in detail in the Academic Addendum to the COMSOL Software License Agreement or in an existing negotiated agreement between your institution and COMSOL. The purpose of this statement is to ensure that you are aware of these separate license terms and restrictions. This note is just a summary for your convenience. The COMSOL software license agreement with its academic addition or a negotiated agreement between your institution and COMSOL is the official document that controls what can and cannot happen to your license. Clustering and cloud computing are supported on both Windows® and Linux platforms®. For local use, there is no limit to the number of concurrent sessions a concurrent user can run.
